Unique Footage in new Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) Video Tutorial Series
Watch as people who are new to EFT try it for the first time and experience results. New Emotional Freedom Technique series offers an affordable way to do it at home.
These video tutorials walk viewers through a simple series of tapping exercises, designed to alleviate common problems such as anxiety, depression, grief, or physical pain. The videos distill Don's coaching practice into easy DIY instructions that are far more affordable than a one-on-one EFT coaching session.
The website also gives viewers a unique look behind the scenes with videos showing Milton guiding clients through an EFT session for the first time, and experiencing results they didn't expect."After providing private coaching sessions for over 10 years, I wanted to make my method more accessible to the general public," said Don Milton.
"I created this series of DIY Tutorials so that everyone can experience the healing effects of it. I'm so excited to announce this video series because I know it can help anyone who has an emotional or physical problem that they'd like to clear up. EFT is a tool that every household should have, just like their first aid kit."
This new series is a set of 17 videos, each of which focuses on using EFT to heal a specific emotion or physical problem. In the videos, Milton explains the basic EFT process, and then shows the viewer exactly where to tap and what to say to achieve the desired results.
The various EFT tutorials cover such topics as weight loss, headaches, fibromyalgia, business and sports performance, grief, guilt, anger, and back pain. The website also offers a unique look into E-F-T: recordings of actual clients experiencing EFT for the first time.
"Emotional Freedom Technique is still very unknown, so I wanted to show people how it works. I recorded a few sessions with some new clients. In these recordings, the people participating had never used EFT before, and they were truly amazed at the relief they experienced in a very short amount of time. When you watch the videos you'll see their surprise," said Milton.
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) uses a series of taps on energy points in the body, known as meridian points. It has its origins in Chinese acupuncture, but instead of using needles, the fingertips are used to tap repeatedly on specific points on the body. While tapping on these energy points, the client is directed to focus on a specific emotion, and the emotion is cleared through the release of blocked energy.
"Many of us have gotten rather disgruntled with our current healthcare system. People are looking for a less costly, more effective solution that deals with the underlying cause of a problem instead of masking it with drugs".
"EFT is a holistic solution to many emotional issues and often can relieve physical pains. It's something that you're able to do for yourself, and you can get good results," said Milton.
Don Milton's DIY EFT video tutorials are different from other EFT instructional videos because they were created for the average person who is new to E-F-T. People who have used them have described the videos as much easier to use than others because Milton walks the viewer through a set of simple step-by-step instructions.
His delivery is full of the genuine authenticity that you'd expect from a Southern gentleman, and watching the video feels like he's helping you personally.
If Milton's goal was to provide his service to the world at an affordable price, he has succeeded with his video tutorials. They are easy to follow, much cheaper than a private session, and come from the heart.

Just a few types of problems that EFT can help.
Robert G. Smith, the founder of FasterEFT (Emotionally Focused Transformation), the difference between Classic EFT and Faster EFT.
According to Robert G Smith there is a Big Major Difference between Classic eft and Faster eft, although common things that with Classic eft we do tap. But with Fastereft there is an aiming process, the difference is the belief system how and why we have problems and how to address the problems.
What Robert teaches is the tapping it is the least part of the healing process and with Fastereft we are operating with an understanding of why we have problems and, how to change the problems so what we want to do is create deep shifting changes, getting to the Core and making changes as fast as we possibly can without taking forever.
