Faster EFT Ends the Pain and Shame of Sexual Abuse
sexual abuse and FasterEFT
Sexual abuse and trauma is one of the most devastating challenges to live with. It affects every area of life since it changes the core of who an individual is. For someone who has suffered the experience, life is never the same after sexual abuse and FasterEFT produces fast, lasting results that allow healing.
Since FasterEFT works with the subconscious to address the original memories of the events, it changes the effects of the abuse from the core, rather than dealing only with the symptoms. It also allows the individual to heal themselves without needing to keep reliving the experience.
Laura Worley, from Las Vegas, Nevada, had suffered extreme and ongoing sexual abuse and trauma from childhood. She had buried a lot of the sexual abuse and FasterEFT first came into her life at a Matrix Reimprinting seminar in Las Vegas.
Having explained how the mind works, and how FasterEFT addresses all problems, Robert G. Smith (founder of FasterEFT) asked for volunteers. He pointed out that because of the way FasterEFT works, the volunteer would not need to share the details of the traumatic memory they wanted to address, if they weren’t comfortable doing so.
Traumatic Memories
Laura had many traumatic memories, and considering the content of them, she was unable to share them. Since Robert had explained that this demonstration could be “no content” (getting results from FasterEFT without sharing the details), Laura volunteered.
Robert asked Laura to remember the memory, and to notice how it felt when she did this. He had already explained to the group, the mind-body connection: “What the mind thinks, the body follows” – in other words, if you think about something sad, you’ll notice that you feel a sensation of sadness somewhere in your body; if you think of something happy, you’ll notice that you feel a sensation of happiness somewhere in your body.
As Laura remembered the traumatic event, she felt the feelings of being back in the situation. Even though she was safe and in a seminar in Vegas in that moment. This is what we all do, every time we recall something that bothers us or worry about something that might bother us. Since the body and brain don’t know the difference between reality and imagination, they react as if the thoughts were real – and the event is happening in the current moment.
Robert asked Laura to notice the feelings of being in that situation for the last time. He then used the FasterEFT process, working with Laura’s subconscious, to guide her in reducing the emotions around the event. He continued, changing all aspects of the memory, the other person involved, and the child Laura was at the time.
It’s All You Now
One of the key understandings in FasterEFT, and it is what makes working with sexual abuse and FasterEFT so effective, is that whatever happened then is not happening now. In addition to this, all memories inside your head are now you. Robert pointed out to Laura that her memory of her father, for example, was really her; since her father wasn’t present at the moment – and he couldn’t fit inside her head. So, as she went through the FasterEFT process, the “father” she was healing in her memory wasn’t her father, it was a part of herself. It was her representation of her father.
This allowed Laura to feel in control instead of out of control. We can’t make other people change; but we can change our own representation of them. We can change what we do within our own minds.
Sexual Abuse and FasterEFT – Being Thorough
An important part in the success of using FasterEFT for sexual abuse memories and trauma is being thorough. Robert made sure that all references to the trauma were flipped. He didn’t stop when the emotions had reduced, or even when the negative emotions had gone altogether. He continued using the process until the memory had actually changed to a positive one. For more information on changing memories, read: Can Memories Really Be Changed? and How Ethical is it to Change Memories?
Within half an hour, Laura could no longer feel – or even find – the trauma. The memory of the horrific event had been changed to a positive one. The result? Since the body follows the mind, she no longer suffered the debilitating emotions she had lived with prior to using FasterEFT.
Sexual Abuse and FasterEFT – How it Works
Every experience is interpreted and given meaning by the subconscious. This meaning is based on the data from previous experiences. And that meaning is then added to the existing data – that forms the proof of who we are and how the world works. For more detail on this, read: How FasterEFT Solves the REAL Cause of All Your Problems and What Determines Your Character and Personality?
When you use FasterEFT, it works with the subconscious to change the original data your subconscious is referring to – which automatically results in a change in your actions, choices, decisions, behaviors and experiences.

“The thing I noticed the most about the demonstration afterwards was that no matter how hard I tried to go back to the memory to stir up emotions, I could not. When I think of the even I only see the positive image that was imprinted. You were very thorough when you worked with me. I am really impressed at how much more effective it is than classic EFT.” – Laura Worley
