"Hello, my name's Renaldo Phillips. Five months ago, I was sitting on my couch where I spent most of my days. Those days were filled with terrors of past events that had happened to me. They were filled with images, feelings. Faces of friends that had died. Faces of who I called the enemy at that time.
I spent 5 years in the VA system. I tried every healing modality that was there and it did not work and it provided very little relief - in fact at points I was getting worse. The people that work in the system are very caring, they're passionate about what they do, they want to help you, but they don't have the tools.
We have the tools now, and you don't have to live that way. You don't have to have the dreams. You don't have to have the impending doom. You don't have to have any of those memories any more that just constantly bombard you.
There's a way out.
In less than 10 minutes I was able to experience something that changed my world. I'd taken a memory that 20 years prior had changed the course of my life:
I had jumped in to an airfield about one o'clock in the morning. Our plane was taking fire, I really wasn't aware that it was taking fire at the time. I heard the noises, I had an idea of what it was, I jumped out into total blackness. The tracers were coming up, and I'd reached down to untie my weapons case that was around my leg and as I untied it, I noticed the ground was already there. We'd jumped from about 500 feet, and the amount of time in the air was extremely quick. I hit the ground and I didn't have time to lower my rucksack which was in front of me hanging off of these rings underneath my parachute and I was trapped underneath it.
I was attempting to get out of it, of course the sounds of the battle were already going on and from out of the darkness I saw someone running into the smoke and I reached my hand out to him and I wanted them to stop and just gimme a hand just to get part of that rucksack off so I could get out quicker and I realised when I reached my hand out that it wasn't one of my fellow soldiers that had jumped in with me, it was an enemy soldier and in that moment, I'm not sure what happened in his mind but I pulled my hand back and he continued to run basically over the top of me and continued to run with his rifle at port arms and he didn't shoot me and as I realised that he hadn't then I thought maybe he was going to change his mind and come back so I started to work quickly to try and get out of my gear and again I couldn't and finally after a few seconds of trying I just relaxed and got out of my equipment and then moved on.
But right then something pretty powerful was instilled in me.
I'd had that trapped feeling, I couldn't get out, that I was going to die and in less than 10 minutes, that overwhelming fear, that feeling of being trapped, that thing that I was running to, in every job, in every relationship, that whole time in my life, those 20 years, was gone.
It left quickly and I was astonished and I realised at that point that this was what I was looking for and I just continued to apply that over and over again over the next 3 to 4 days in everything in my life.
I went into all my combat memories. Memories as a police officer. And especially I went back to my childhood memories. 'Coz then I started to realise that these were all connected, that I'd felt the same trapped feeling as a young man, and that I'd felt it in between also, in that 20 years and I'd also projected it forward into my future.
And once that was over, once I'd started doing this, I realised that these things were my choice and that I could get rid of them and that I had a powerful tool.EFT PTSD" width="187" height="187" />
And from my life I've always served people, those have been my intentions when I've gone in there, to do something worthy for someone else and to help them and so it was natural for me then to move on and to then want to take this, FasterEFT, and bring that to as many people as I could and as Robert Smith says, to heal himself, and to touch as many people in the world as he can along the way.
And that's my intention, and that's my hope for you."

Faster EFT PTSD Healing from Psychological Trauma in Kibera, Kenya
In Kenya, there is one psychiatrist for every 500,000+ people. Can alternative therapies help?
The 2007/8 Post-Election Violence in Kenya devastated the country. Over 1,200 people were murdered and half a million were displaced from their homes. At the height of the violence, Genocide Watch classified Kenya as being in the Preparation stage of genocide.
In a country that has 1 psychiatrist for every 500,000 people, there is a desperate need to address unresolved psychological trauma. This video explores how a technique called Faster EFT can contribute to the alleviation of trauma and, therefore, to the maintenance of peace.
