“Hello, my name’s Renaldo Phillips. Five months ago, I was sitting on my couch where I spent most of my days. Those days were filled with terrors of past events that had happened to me. They were filled with images, feelings. Faces of friends that had died. Faces of who I called the enemy at that time.
I spent 5 years in the VA system. I tried every healing modality that was there and it did not work and it provided very little relief – in fact at points I was getting worse.
